Position Overview
As a Process & Equipment Engineer specializing in sterilization, you'll play a crucial role in designing, maintaining and improving our sterilization processes while driving efficiency and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This is an onsite position with future on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance sterilization process systems while tracking KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
Update department procedures and ISO documentation as needed
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and reduce non-conformances.
Monitor equipment uptime and sterilization OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
Provide detailed performance reports and trend analysis to management using data analysis tools.

On-Call Responsibilities: After an initial procedure and on the job training period with multiple Sterilization team members, this role requires 24/7 on call responsibilities. While on call, you'll serve as the first point of contact, primarily providing remote troubleshooting and coordination. You'll have the authority to engage appropriate maintenance personnel or other team members as needed, without typically requiring your physical presence onsite, though onsite presence may be occasionally required.
