Overview
- We are seeking a Process Engineer with extensive hands on expertise in Utilities processes to join our Operation Engineering Solutions Department (OESD) under Global Manufacturing (GM) Excellence Organization.
- OESD's technical team provides high quality, multi disciplinary support to GM operating facilities (Refineries, NGLF, and petrochemical plants) within Saudi Arabia and globally.
- Primary role: provide in depth process engineering and operations expertise to monitor, optimize, and drive performance improvement programs for Utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular performance reviews of existing Utilities through KPIs representing optimum operability, profitability, reliability, and process safety.
- Develop and present quarterly benchmarking reports with actionable improvement recommendations.
- Provide hands on support in implementing performance improvement initiatives, demonstrating measurable results.
- Lead benchmarking and best practices exchange workshops among Global Manufacturing facilities.
- Deliver on demand remote and field technical advisory support, including process design, troubleshooting, start up/shutdown activities, and capacity test runs.
- Provide detailed service reports for each support activity.
- Collaborate with facility engineers to identify and implement cost optimization or process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct internal assessments on Utilities using Saudi Aramco engineering standard references.
- Act as overall coordinator for cascading and driving Global Manufacturing and Corporate programs for Utilities.
- Participate in Business Plan development and support techno economic evaluations.
- Evaluate and recommend new Utilities technologies.
