Job Overview

  • We are seeking a Process Engineer to join a leading financial institution in Qatar.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Document current and future state processes using process mapping and workflow modeling techniques.
  • Support business process reengineering (BPR) and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and industry best practices.
  • Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Monitor process performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend process optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
  • Support workshops, meetings, and change management activities related to process enhancement.
  • Assist with business analysis activities for CRM and other business systems, including preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Ensure new or upgraded systems are aligned with approved business processes and operational requirements.
  • Prepare process improvement reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and information security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Process Engineering, Process Improvement, Business Process Management (BPM), or Operational Excellence, preferably within a GCC or local bank.
  • Hands on experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, SOP development, and business process documentation.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting CRM implementations, business analysis, and process driven system enhancements is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher is preferred.
