- Deliver Manual Load Control and Aircraft Dispatch functional training to relevant teams

- Schedule recurrent training prior to expiry dates
- Liaise with outside stakeholders regarding system access and training records
- Research and provide feedback on potential gaps in training
- Complete mandatory assessments on Aircraft Dispatchers
- Prepare performance reports on Aircraft Dispatchers for line managers
Requirements
- Experience in training delivery for aircraft dispatch and load control
- Ability to prepare and update training material
- Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements

Job Overview
- Responsible for Training delivery within the Aircraft Dispatch, Load Control and Loadmaster community including initial and refresher.
- Prepares and updates training material while maintaining valid training records for audit purposes.
Accountabilities
- Preparation of Training Material specific to Aircraft Dispatch and Load Control.
- Provide support to the Loadmaster Trainer.
- Delivery of Manual Load Control and Aircraft Dispatch functional training to the relevant teams.
- Maintenance of training records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Scheduling of recurrent training prior to expiry dates.
- Liaising and maintaining a strong relationship with outside stakeholders regarding system access and logging of training records.
- Researching and providing feedback to line manager on potential gaps in training.
- Identification of new areas of the business which require training to be prepared and delivered.
- Completion of mandatory assessments on Aircraft Dispatchers, ensuring they meet the required standard for handling aircraft alone safely.
- Preparation of performance reports on Aircraft Dispatchers for review by their applicable line manager.
- Assisting Dispatch Duty Managers / Load Control Supervisors in preparing development plans for identified Aircraft Dispatchers / Load Planners.
- Report identified hazards and occurrences and escalate risks to appropriate management, as applicable.
