About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure full adherence to CICPA regulations including site access control, personnel management, and vehicle entry/exit
- Oversee issuance of site passes for employees, contractors, and visitors
- Manage entry and exit of vehicles, ensuring thorough checks and accurate logs
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to CICPA compliance, including access records and security procedures
- Act as primary liaison between site and local regulatory bodies regarding compliance and security matters
- Conduct periodic audits of site access and security measures
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, regulatory compliance, or related field with focus on critical infrastructure security and CICPA
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- In depth knowledge of CICPA and critical infrastructure security protocols
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proficient in security software, access control systems, and compliance management tools
- Prior hands on experience managing CICPA documentation, approvals, access passes, and compliance related processes

Role Overview
- We are seeking a PRO to manage all aspects related to site security, access control, and compliance with the CICPA at our Al Tawaleeh Power site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, regulatory compliance, or a related field, with a focus on critical infrastructure security and CICPA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In depth knowledge of CICPA and critical infrastructure security protocols.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in security software, access control systems, and compliance management tools.
Compensation
- Salary: 7000 AED 8000 AED per month
Working Days
- Monday to Saturday (8 Hours per Day)
