Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at the project site
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, and other project teams
- Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards
- Monitor subcontractors' work and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and quality standards
- Prepare and submit progress reports, inspection requests, and technical documentation
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in construction projects
- Experience in industrial projects, power plants, or large scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and installation standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and coordination skills

Overview
- Henan D.R. Construction Group is a leading international construction company with extensive experience in civil, industrial, infrastructure, and power plant projects.
- We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team for our Taweelah Power Plant project in Abu Dhabi.
- The MEP Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on site.
