The Opportunity
The employer is hiring a Private Equity Associate in Abu Dhabi for a partner-led global alternative investment manager headquartered in ADGM.
The firm's private equity platform invests across buyouts, growth equity, co-investments, and direct deals in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Sector focus includes technology, healthcare, financials, and industrial services.
The Role
- Support the full deal lifecycle across buyouts, growth equity, direct investments, and co-investments.
- Build and maintain detailed LBO, DCF, and returns models and run scenario and sensitivity analyses.
- Lead commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on target companies.
- Prepare investment committee memoranda, deal materials, and presentations.
- Work directly with senior investment professionals on live transactions across sectors and geographies.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value-creation initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Two to four years of experience at an elite investment bank in M&A or at a top-tier private equity firm.
- Exceptional LBO modeling and analytical skills.
