Responsibilities
- Accompany the Principal throughout the day as required
- Anticipate the Principal's needs before they arise
- Ensure personal belongings, documents, devices, and daily essentials are always prepared
- Assist with wardrobe preparation, garment care, and packing for travel
- Coordinate daily schedules with the Executive Assistant and Estate Manager
- Prepare meeting rooms, refreshments, and hospitality for visitors
- Deliver five star food and beverage service
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, refreshments, and formal meals
- Set tables for formal and informal dining
- Welcome and attend to guests
- Oversee guest rooms before arrivals
- Maintain silverware, china, crystal, and luxury tableware
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Butler, Valet, Personal Attendant, or Private Household Professional
- Experience working for UHNW families, VIPs, diplomats, executives, or luxury hotels
- Excellent spoken English
- Exceptional grooming and professional presentation
- Ability to work long and flexible hours
- Physically fit and energetic
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally

About the Role
- We are seeking an exceptional Private Butler & Principal's Shadow to provide world class personal service and operational support to the Principal and family within an ultra luxury private residence.
- This is a highly trusted position requiring absolute discretion, impeccable etiquette, anticipation of needs, and the ability to seamlessly support the Principal throughout the day.
- The successful candidate will act as both a traditional butler and a personal attendant, ensuring every aspect of the Principal's lifestyle is executed flawlessly.
Principal Support
- Accompany the Principal throughout the day as required.
- Anticipate the Principal's needs before they arise.
- Ensure personal belongings, documents, devices, and daily essentials are always prepared.
- Assist with wardrobe preparation, garment care, and packing for travel.
- Coordinate daily schedules with the Executive Assistant and Estate Manager.
- Prepare meeting rooms, refreshments, and hospitality for visitors.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all family and business matters.
Butler Services
- Deliver five star food and beverage service.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, refreshments, and formal meals.
- Set tables for formal and informal dining.
- Welcome and attend to guests.
- Oversee guest rooms before arrivals.
- Maintain silverware, china, crystal, and luxury tableware.
- Ensure impeccable presentation throughout the residence.
Wardrobe & Personal Care
- Manage wardrobes and seasonal clothing.
- Coordinate laundry and dry cleaning.
- Arrange clothing maintenance and alterations.
- Prepare luggage for domestic and international travel.
- Ensure shoes and accessories are maintained to luxury standards.
Household Coordination
- Liaise with chefs regarding meal preferences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all areas are guest ready.
- Work closely with chauffeurs for daily movements.
- Support private events and family functions.
- Assist the Estate Manager with daily operational requirements.
Travel Support
- Accompany the Principal on domestic and international travel when required.
- Coordinate packing and unpacking.
- Prepare hotel suites before arrival.
- Ensure seamless travel logistics and personal comfort throughout the journey.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Butler, Valet, Personal Attendant, or Private Household Professional.
- Experience working for UHNW families, VIPs, diplomats, executives, or luxury hotels.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Exceptional grooming and professional presentation.
- Outstanding etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work long and flexible hours.
- Physically fit and energetic.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Butler training from a recognised institution.
- Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification.
- First Aid certification.
- UAE driving licence is advantageous.
- Experience in luxury hotels or royal households.
