- Aegis Group is looking for a **detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant** to support the Managing Director (MD).
- This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the MD’s office by managing schedules, communications, and critical administrative tasks.
- The Executive Assistant will coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service providers while maintaining strict confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
- **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and events.
- Maintain confidential files and records with discretion.
- Support administration such as expense management and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3-7 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information responsibly.
