Job Overview

  • Provide fundamental support to Team Head, Relationship Managers, Investment Managers in client servicing and operational support.
  • Act as primary point of contact for RM and client for all operational requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to RM requests and client queries related to account documentation, balances, maintenance, statements, and product information.
  • Assist RM in new account opening process and preparation of account opening pack.
  • Liaise with CLM/AFC/OBS/KYC Review Team for follow up and additional information.
  • Ensure timely completion of operational tasks to maintain service levels.
  • Input call reports and maintain proper record retention.
  • Support RMs in after sales tasks and coordination of marketing events.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of operational processes, services, and firm systems/applications.
  • Understanding of regulatory framework and policies to mitigate risks.
  • Strong working relationships across coverage, product, and infrastructure divisions.
