About the Role

- Provide fundamental support to Team Head, Relationship Managers, Investment Managers in day to day business activities
- Act as primary point of contact for RM and client for all operational requests
- Handle and respond to RM requests and client queries related to account documentation, balances, maintenance, statements, product/service information
- Assist RM in new account opening process
- Liaise with CLM/AFC/OBS/KYC Review Team for follow up
- Ensure timely completion of operational tasks
- Assist in input of call reports and record retention
- Support RMs in after sales tasks and marketing events coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Master is a plus
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience in wealth management as assistant or in a sales support role
- Able to manage time and multitask
- Strong inter personal, communication and consulting skills
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization

Details of the Division and Team
- Deutsche Bank's Private Bank corporate division combines private banking with Postbank corporate division, Private and Commercial Bank International and Wealth Management.
- Wealth Management offers traditional and alternative investment solutions and comprehensive advice on all aspects of Wealth Management.
Your Role
- Provide fundamental support to Team Head, Relationship Managers, Investment Managers in day to day business activities
- Act as primary point of contact for RM and client for all operational requests
- Responsible for timely action on requests and issue resolution
Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to RM requests and client queries related to account documentation, balances, maintenance, statements, product/service information
- Attend client meetings along with RM when required
- Assist RM in new account opening process
- Liaise with CLM/AFC/OBS/KYC Review Team for follow up
- Follow up on Booking Centre/Regulatory document deficiencies
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Assist in input of call reports and record retention
- Remain current on operational processes, services and systems
- Develop understanding of regulatory framework and policies
- Support RMs in after sales tasks and marketing events coordination
- Manage daily mailing of documentation to booking centres
- Foster strong working relationships across coverage, product and infrastructure divisions
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Master is a plus
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience in wealth management as assistant or in a sales support role
- Able to manage time and multitask
- Strong inter personal, communication and consulting skills
