Responsibilities
- Supporting wider teams in the Coverage effort of key MENA accounts
- Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with MENA clients
- Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling
- In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers
- Utilizing regional knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assisting Sector and Product bankers on opportunities
- Helping to develop and mentor the juniors in the team
Requirements
- Relevant M&A and Corporate Finance experience across advisory and capital market products
- Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM
- Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem solving abilities
- High levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro activity levels and drive
- Effective organisational skills the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to drive and influence senior, cross functional and cross regional deal teams
- Able to communicate well with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in teams
- Able to creatively solve problems and to successfully navigate a large, matrix based organisation

- We provide a full range of investment banking services, including public and private equity and debt financing, M&A advice and private investment services for corporate and institutional clients.
- Corporate Finance is organised through global products and regional client coverage spanning different geographies and industry focused teams.
- The Investment Banking & Capital Markets division is looking to add an Analyst in the IB Coverage team to their platform.

Your key responsibilities
