The Role
AMS is seeking a Principal Talent Advisor for a consultative role partnering with senior stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
- Build trusted advisor relationships with business leaders and hiring managers, providing strategic guidance and market insights.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand hiring demand and workforce planning requirements.
- Deliver insight-led talent acquisition projects supporting business objectives and strategic workforce outcomes.
- Use workforce and recruitment data to influence hiring strategies, forecast demand, and improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and centers of expertise to translate business needs into actionable hiring plans.
