We are seeking a highly analytical and seasoned Senior Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and drive corporate fiscal health.
The ideal candidate must have a solid foundation managing complex financial frameworks within a holding company or multi-entity group structure, demonstrating extensive expertise handling complex inter-company transactions and group consolidations.
As a strategic financial partner, you will supervise the accounting team, optimize cash flows, and leverage enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms like SAP, Oracle, EPICOR, or QuickBooks to stream-line multi-divisional financial reporting.
Financial Control & Group Consolidation
- Execute group-level consolidation of multiple subsidiaries, guaranteeing timely and flawless monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation.
- Govern inter-company accounting, including complex transfer pricing configurations, multi-currency adjustments, and comprehensive inter-entity balance reconciliations.
- Supervise standard accounting loops spanning accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), corporate payroll, and fixed assets.
Strategic Planning & Analysis (Fp&A)
- Orchestrate annual budgeting processes and rolling financial projections across separate business units.
- Perform deep variance analysis comparing historical metrics against actual results to reveal operational drivers and propose actionable cost-control frameworks.
- Formulate cash-flow modeling matrices to preserve group liquidity and monitor capital allocation needs.
