The Role
The FP&A Analyst serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
The role focuses on long-range planning, dynamic forecasting, operating models, growth opportunities, profitability, and capital efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
- Direct annual operating plans, rolling monthly and quarterly forecasts, and multi-year plans across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Prepare executive dashboards, Board presentations, and investor relations materials.
- Build and audit three-statement models, DCF models, unit economics frameworks, and scenario analyses.
- Partner with business unit leaders to monitor performance, evaluate ROI, and enforce budget accountability.
- Perform variance analysis and recommend actions for financial risks and growth drivers.
- Support financial due diligence, integration modeling, and strategic project evaluations.
