Responsibilities
- Own end to end technical presales and solution delivery for strategic customers across the Middle East
- Serve as trusted technical advisor to senior customer stakeholders (CTO, Head of ML, etc.)
- Lead complex ML/AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures
- Design, validate, and document reference architectures and Infrastructure as Code solutions
- Drive advanced PoCs, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations
- Build trusted relationships with customers across government, enterprise, and AI native organizations
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to influence product roadmap
- Act as single point of technical authority for key customer scenarios
- Support strategic marketing initiatives including conferences, webinars, and thought leadership
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to other Solutions Architects
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with enterprise organizations in the Gulf region
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Deep expertise in AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps architectures
- Experience with GPU accelerated cloud platforms
- Strong presales and customer engagement skills

The Role
- Seeking an experienced Principal Solutions Architect for the Middle East region.
- Senior, high impact role focused on complex presales and large scale ML workloads.
- Act as trusted technical partner for executive stakeholders and AI/ML leaders.
- Work remotely from the Middle East, with preference for UAE based candidates.
