Role overview
Develop and support enterprise investment management products in the Collateral Product Area.
Join a self-organized Scrum team working with software engineers and business experts across multiple European locations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test new product capabilities.
- Create test strategies and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with teams, Product Owners, and Architects on roadmaps and guidelines.
- Provide product support and drive technical, process, automation, tooling, and framework improvements.
- Work full stack across frontend and backend SOA components.
- Mentor team members and support technical excellence and efficient delivery.
Technical qualifications
- Extensive Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps expertise, including CI/CD pipeline development and management.
- 10+ years of experience with C# and Angular.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and manual and automated testing, including E2E, API, and unit testing.
- Understanding of XP practices such as TDD and pair programming.
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design and relational databases such as SQL.
- M.Sc. in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English at upper-intermediate level or higher.
AI-enabled development
- Use Copilot, Claude, and other AI tools in daily development routines.
- Critically evaluate AI-generated artifacts for correctness and architectural fit.
- Guide responsible AI usage and identify opportunities to accelerate prototyping and reduce low-value work.
Workplace policy
- Hybrid work policy requires two days per week from the office, with remote work available on other days.
