- Develop product vision, positioning, and value proposition for AI solutions
- Identify market opportunities and define the product roadmap
- Set ambitious OKRs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Lead end to end product development from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to translate technical concepts into business value
- Implement agile methodologies for rapid iteration
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Borealis and RBC
- Communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership
- Foster a culture of innovation and champion a test and learn approach
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in a top tier technology company or large enterprise, with a focus on AI/ML based products
- In depth experience managing a product throughout its entire lifecycle within a large, matrixed enterprise
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and proactive problem solving
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data driven mindset
- Strong technical background to understand architectural concepts
