We are looking for an experienced Principal Full Stack Engineer to build scalable AI capabilities for Fidelity Wealth. In this role, you will partner with business, product, architecture, data, and platform teams to turn Wealth priorities into secure, reliable solutions that help advisors work more effectively and improve customer experiences. The Expertise You Bring
Strong technical judgment and the ability to navigate evolving technology landscapes.
A builder mindset, with experience turning ideas into working prototypes and production-ready solutions.
Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to challenge assumptions and ask thoughtful questions.
Experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
A test-first approach and commitment to quality engineering practices.
Clear communication skills and the technical depth to lead meaningful design discussions.
A track record of mentoring engineers, owning issues, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
