Job Title –Principal, Full Stack Engineer
Asset Management Technology is seeking a highly motivated individual contributor for Asset Management Compliance and Risk Business Operations technology team. The Principal Full Stack Engineer with expertise and experience in designing and developing applications including new developments, enhancements, maintenance and support. This will involve continuous collaboration with partners, iterative understanding of requirements, following Fidelity best practices / methodologies, thorough understanding of the technology roadmap, advancement to design / development process.
The Purpose of Your Role
- The Principal Full Stack Engineer with expertise and experience in designing and developing applications including new developments, enhancements, maintenance and support. This person will be a hands-on engineer with well-honed design and development skills. This individual will be responsible for technology decisions, hands-on coding, code reviews and will be involved throughout the lifecycle of software development.

The Skills that are Key to this role
- Strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE and Springboot working on enterprise standard applications.
- Experience and a good understanding of end-to-end application development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in UI development using thin-client technologies.
- Experiencing working on delivering solutions end to end from conceptualizing, design, implementation to testing.
- Good understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable, low latency, high throughput distributed application.
- Experience in working on Scala, Akka based applications will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience working with database technologies.
- Knowledge and good understanding of messaging and streaming technologies.
- Working experience in agile environment where architecture, design is an ongoing process and code is continually refactored.
- Industry experience as software engineer, promoting CI / CD and engineering best practices.
- Experience providing application support, problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Strong understanding of Engineering Practices like Code Review, Branching, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- AWS Certified Developer Associate / Architect Associate (Optional).

The Expertise We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Degree in either Engineering or Computer Science s desirable).
10+ years of industry experience
Location : Bangalore – Manyata/EGL
Shift timings : 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
