Job Summary
Govern, design, and deliver scalable, secure, business-aligned Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across modules, integrations, reporting, analytics, automation, and cloud services.
Act as a senior technical authority for Oracle Fusion HCM and ensure solution quality, architecture alignment, compliance, resilience, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elaboration, solution design, build oversight, configuration, integrations, SIT/UAT support, patch validation, production migration, runbook ownership, and post-production support.
- Manage application operations, incident resolution, service requests, system monitoring, and quarterly upgrade testing.
- Ensure compliance with architecture, information security, audit, risk, data privacy, change, and release-management requirements.
- Lead HCM solution, integration, reporting, analytics, and automation design and implementation.
- Review and govern solution architecture and technical design documents.
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules and employee and manager self-service capabilities.
- Design and troubleshoot integrations using REST, SOAP, OIC, HDL, HCM Extracts, SFTP, encryption, certificates, wallets, and OAuth.
- Administer OCI, OIC, Fusion platform services, and FDI operations.
- Drive modernization using Oracle innovations, Redwood UX, AI capabilities, digital assistants, and automation.
