Role Overview
The Director, Structured Products and Client Solutions originates, structures, and delivers tailored solutions across relevant Global Markets asset classes.
The role supports revenue growth and franchise development through client engagement, opportunity identification, transaction execution, and platform enhancement.
Activities must remain within the bank’s risk appetite, governance framework, regulatory standards, and dealing mandates.
Origination and Structuring
- Lead market, client, and product analysis to identify opportunities, assess client needs, evaluate risk-return dynamics, and develop executable solutions.
- Originate and structure bespoke solutions including equity-linked financing, structured notes, repo financing, and derivatives-based products.
- Prepare market views, trade ideas, pricing considerations, structuring alternatives, and solution proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
Client and Transaction Management
- Develop senior client relationships by understanding objectives, risk appetite, market views, and investment or hedging requirements.
- Oversee documentation, approvals, execution readiness, and post-trade coordination to deliver transactions accurately and on time.
