Key Responsibilities
- You'll define and drive Donaldson's enterprise data architecture by:
- Developing the enterprise data strategy and roadmap
- Designing scalable cloud-based data architectures and platforms
- Leading Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
- Building trusted, governed data solutions for analytics and AI
- Establishing enterprise data governance, quality, and architecture standards
- Engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior stakeholders to align enterprise data strategy with business objectives
- Architecting modern data solutions using Snowflake, Azure, Oracle, APIs, and streaming technologies
- Serving as a trusted advisor on enterprise data investments and strategy
Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Data or Enterprise Architecture
- 3+ years of Snowflake experience
- Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, MDM, and Data Governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS experience
- AI/ML data platform experience
- Cloud or data architecture certifications
- Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
- Annual Salary Range: $152,190 to $186,000. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
- This position is eligible for annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
