About the Role
Support Socium's Talent as a Service model, providing businesses with flexible access to skilled technology professionals.
Combine client development, consultative selling, recruitment delivery and relationship management.
Work with clients to understand projects and technology talent needs, then coordinate delivery with the resourcing team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and grow a client base across the UAE and wider GCC.
- Sell Talent as a Service solutions to technology-enabled businesses.
- Manage full-cycle delivery in conjunction with offshore resourcing teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor and position Talent as a Service for clients' hiring challenges.
- Manage relationships from first conversation through successful team builds and beyond.
What We're Looking For
- Background in a staffing or talent solutions environment.
- Genuine understanding of the technology sector and ability to hold credible conversations with engineering and technical leaders.
- Proven new business development ability, including building a pipeline and closing opportunities.
- Strong delivery instincts, with successful placements valued alongside sales results.
- Self-motivated and energised by a high-performing environment.
