General Description
Support a leading UAE banking organization with large-scale digital transformation and enterprise platform modernization initiatives.
The role combines UX/UI expertise with hands-on Salesforce platform customization to improve usability and business workflows.
The engagement is an initial three-month contract or freelance opportunity with an immediate hiring timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce user experiences across enterprise platforms.
- Design user-centric Salesforce solutions aligned with business processes and user needs.
- Customize interfaces, layouts, components, and workflows to improve usability and efficiency.
- Work with Salesforce Lightning Design System standards and enterprise design guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams on platform enhancements.
- Analyze user journeys and recommend UX and platform improvements.
- Support Lightning experiences, dashboards, forms, and workflow-driven interfaces.
- Contribute to design documentation, implementation guidelines, and platform governance.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, responsiveness, and consistency across Salesforce applications.
- Participate in Salesforce customization, automation, and platform optimization discussions.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in Salesforce environments as an Experience Consultant, UX Consultant, Platform Designer, Business Experience Consultant, or similar.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce platform customization and configuration experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
- Strong understanding of enterprise UX, workflow design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience working with technical and business stakeholders in enterprise environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce user experiences.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Visualforce, or related technologies are highly preferred.
- Banking, financial services, or large enterprise experience is highly preferred.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives in banking or financial services.
- Experience working in regulated enterprise environments.
Work Setup
- Full onsite engagement in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Contract or freelance engagement.
- Immediate hiring timeline.
