Role Overview
Support a major banking client as a Salesforce Developer in Abu Dhabi.
Design, develop, integrate, and maintain Salesforce solutions for marketing, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with business, marketing, architecture, and technology teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure Agentforce Marketing or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys, campaign automation, audience segmentation, and personalised communications.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, core banking platforms, customer data sources, and third-party systems.
- Develop automated workflows, triggers, data models, and reusable components.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support.
- Ensure compliance with banking security, data privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, releases, and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven hands-on experience with Agentforce Marketing, formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, AMPscript, and SQL.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, access controls, data modelling, and deployment best practices.
- Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing and able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
