Principal Advisor to EVP Project Development

Proven experience leading strategic programs, transformation initiatives, or portfolio management within a complex organization.

Demonstrated success driving digital, AI, data, or process improvement initiatives.

Strong executive communication skills with experience preparing leadership-level reporting and presentations.

Knowledge of capital project environments, project development processes, or stage-gate delivery frameworks.

Expertise in program governance, performance tracking, and stakeholder management.

Ability to identify risks, solve complex problems, and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Strong influencing, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Commitment to continuous learning, feedback, safety, and inclusive teamwork.

Partner with senior leaders across Project Development and Corporate functions to deliver strategic business outcomes.

Work closely with the Project Leadership Team, Communications, Digital, and Project Services teams.

Operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on transformation, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

Engage with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the business to align priorities and achieve results.
