About the Role
HR Orb Consultancy LLC is hiring a Pricing Executive for a freight forwarding and logistics client in Dubai. The role involves securing competitive rates, preparing quotations, and supporting sales and operations.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agents to secure competitive rates and services.
- Prepare and share rate lists for key destinations with the sales team.
- Coordinate with agents to ensure seamless transportation, transshipments, multi point loading, and final deliveries.
- Support the sales team by providing the best rates and terms to secure inquiries.
- Maintain active communication with agents through email or Skype to strengthen business relationships.
- Prepare quotations and generate business analysis for agents as needed.
- Provide customer support and follow up to ensure smooth shipping operations.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports required by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping in the UAE
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient with computers and skilled in building and maintaining agent networks
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, proactive mindset
