- Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of carpenters and technicians
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely execution
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with design and project requirements
- Assist in resolving technical or production related issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Dubai in a similar supervisory role within the joinery or interior fit out sector
- In depth knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, tools, and production processes
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in English
- Immediate availability to join

Overview
- Our client is an established interior fit out company in Dubai who is seeking a Joinery Foreman to lead and coordinate production activities within our Joinery Division.
