- Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Executive Secretary role based in Dubai within an insurance company, hired through HR Orb Consultancy LLC.

Qualifications

- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and work independently.
