Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market access strategies for assigned products to support value and access optimization
- Conduct pricing and access landscape assessments, identify reimbursement opportunities and barriers
- Lead payers' education on disease burden, unmet needs, and clinical/economic value
- Lead development of local market access strategies and core access value messages
- Lead pricing and access component of local launch readiness
- Partner cross functionally with HEOR and International Market Access for robust dossier and evidence plans
- Lead development of Saudi value dossiers and pre launch plans
- Execute and negotiate pricing and access strategy, including localization of access strategy and economic models
- Support capability building and thought leadership projects
- Collaborate with HEOR, Pricing & Market Access, Government Affairs, Marketing, and Clinical Development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- At least 10 years of Market Access experience in KSA market
- In depth understanding of local pharmaceutical market, pricing, reimbursement, and outcomes research
- Excellent command in reading, writing, and speaking English and Arabic
- Ability to think strategically and make sound pricing and market access recommendations
- Experience conducting negotiations with external stakeholders
- Strong practical, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Relationship building and collaboration skills
- Saudi citizenship (Saudi passport required)

Job Description
- The Pricing & Market Access Ass. Director is responsible for leading the development and/or execution of Market Access strategies for one or more products.
- Partners cross functionally with various local/regional and International HQ teams.
Strategic Planning
- Works closely with International Market Access & Pricing to develop, assess, and implement market access strategies.
- Conducts pricing and access landscape assessments, identifies reimbursement opportunities and barriers.
- Leads payers' education on disease burden, unmet needs, and clinical/economic value.
- Understands healthcare system transformation in Saudi Arabia.
- Leads development of local Market Access strategies and creation of core access value messages.
- Leads pricing and access component of local launch readiness.
Evidence Generation and Value Communication
- Partners cross functionally with HEOR & Int. Market Access to ensure robust dossier and integrated evidence plans.
- Leads development of Saudi value dossiers and pre launch plans.
- Informs financial forecasts and launch planning.
- Works on execution and negotiation of pricing and access strategy.
- Supports capability building and thought leadership projects.
- Collaborates closely with HEOR, Pricing & Market Access, Government Affairs, Marketing, and Clinical Development.
Required Education Level
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
Required Experience
- At least 10 years of Market Access experience in KSA market.
- In depth understanding of local pharmaceutical market, pricing, reimbursement, and outcomes research.
- Experience in Market Access for advanced therapies, rare diseases, and nephrology is an advantage.
Required Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent command in English and Arabic.
- Ability to think strategically and make sound pricing and market access recommendations.
- Experience conducting negotiations with external stakeholders.
- Strong practical, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Work Location
- Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Flex Designation
- Hybrid Eligible or On Site Eligible.
- Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; On Site: work five days per week on site with ad hoc flexibility.
