Job Summary
Fasken is seeking a Pricing Manager for its firmwide Pricing Department.
The role supports revenue and profitability through pricing strategies and proposals, financial analysis and modeling, budgeting, competitive research, project management, and metrics.
This is an individual contributor role without direct supervision of others.
Work Environment
- The role is primarily remote with occasional hybrid requirements for onsite office collaboration and support.
- The position may be based in any Canadian city where Fasken has an office and may require occasional travel to an office.
- Standard core hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility required across time zones.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with firmwide pricing strategy and client-focused profitable pricing models.
- Assess cost drivers and build statistical models to predict matter costs.
- Define matter packages and fixed prices with the Director, Pricing, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and update regional fixed prices through data analysis and pricing and profitability audits.
- Manage fixed-price setting and establish discounts through competitive analysis.
