Pricing and Packaging Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of progressive experience in pricing, packaging, monetization, product commercialization, commercial strategy, product management, or a related discipline.

Direct experience within the B2B software, SaaS, technology, or infrastructure engineering software industry.

Demonstrated experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.

Strong understanding of software business models, licensing approaches, commercial programs, pricing and packaging models, including subscription, perpetual, enterprise, usage-based, and hybrid monetization approaches.

Proven analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, business performance, account needs, and product value to develop data-driven recommendations.

building business cases, financial analyses, and executive-level recommendations to support strategic pricing, packaging, commercialization, and monetization decisions.

Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to support business decision-making.

This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week and requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer.

Experience supporting pricing, packaging, monetization, commercialization, or go-to-market initiatives across a product portfolio.

Demonstrated experience presenting complex analytical findings, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

conducting market research, competitive analysis, account interviews, segmentation studies, or pricing-related assessments to support commercial decision-making.

supporting product launches, pricing transformations, portfolio optimization initiatives, or cross-functional commercial programs. MBA or an advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Location and Travel: Preferred locations are Dublin, Ireland; Quebec, Canada; and the Eastern United States. Hybrid work and regular collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders are expected. Remote arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates based on business needs.
