Anticipates obstacles and recommends solution options Focuses on client value and satisfaction while balancing Ensono enterprise objectives, feasibility and scalability of solutions Accountable for the accuracy, process, integrity, quality and stewardship of client solutions Advises management and affected team through communications at the appropriate technical granularity Shares best practices and incorporates lessons learned into estimates, standards and protocols Is developing subject matter expertise in Ensono and industry technologies, verticals and lines of business in order to help align client business needs to products, solutions and services offered Implements Ensono solution standards, estimates, processes, policies and procedures Utilizes standard methodologies to promote consistency and drives adherence to standards within designated teams Keeps informed and evaluates the latest industry news, trends, products, services, competitors and relevant existing and emerging technologies Communication: Demonstrates good verbal communications and written verbal skills Has the ability to communicate with Account management and internal cross-functional teams Good demonstration of critical thinking/problem solving skills to frame a situation/concept Leadership: Balances company, team, and personal achievement Possesses good leadership skills and has the ability to mentor less experienced test associates Identifies conflict and drives to closure SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.
