Job Purpose

  • Maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Follow operating procedures to ensure continuity of standards across KSA.
  • Provide supervisor with latest market information to develop sales opportunities.
  • Attend training courses to improve professionalism and customer service.
  • Complete daily debriefing with supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers; sales measured against targets.
  • Provide service approved by supervisor; call frequencies and daily route plan key to customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks; maintain sales vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition.
  • Supply ready to ship customer orders on time with full delivery arrangements.
  • Maintain individual customer stock levels to agreed requirements to minimize out of stock problems.
  • Implement agreed in store merchandising communicated by supervisor.
  • Advise supervisor of any relevant competitor activity in the area served.
  • Daily reconciliation of all cheques, cash & credit sales.
  • Maintain neat grooming and presentable appearance.
  • Maintain high standard of driving and obey driving regulations.

Experience / Competencies Required

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales & Account building.
  • Communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Conflict Management.
  • Sales Planning.
  • Basic accounting skills.
