We are currently seeking a
System Engineer
to join our team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to assess cyber security requirements, focusing on Shifra products and specially network security requirements and zero-trust maturity
- Design secure architectures focusing on:
• Zero-Trust Network Segmentation
- Ransomware containment, east-west traffic control, and lateral movement prevention
- Conduct demos, PoCs, and technical deep-dive workshops
- Answer RFIs/RFPs with accurate and compliant technical responses
Partner & Vendor Collaboration
- Coordinate with vendor technical teams for solution enhancements and escalations
- Participate in regional cybersecurity events and workshops
Professional Services Scoping
- Assess customer environments for DDI and segmentation readiness
- Define technical scope, deployment architecture, BoQ/BOM and integration requirements
- Assist in handover to professional services for deployment cycles
Technical Enablement & Education
- Deliver product training sessions and roadshows to partners and enterprise customers
- Develop technical documentation, deployment guides, and reference architectures
- Support cybersecurity awareness activities across the region
Customer Success & Post-Sales Advisory
- Provide technical guidance during PoCs, pilots, and expansion phases
- Work closely with customers to optimize DNS security, segmentation policies, and DDI automation
- Assist with design reviews, architecture best practices, and roadmap planning
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of:
- DNS, DHCP, IPAM concepts and architectures
- DNS-based security & threat intelligence
- Network segmentation and micro-segmentation strategies
- Zero-Trust security principles
- Hybrid network models (on-prem / cloud)
- Experience with:
- 4-8 years’ experience in cyber security field
- EfficientIP or alternative DDI platforms (Infoblox, BlueCat, etc)
- Akamai Guardicore or equivalent micro-segmentation tools
- Linux systems, networking, firewalls, SIEM, SOAR.
Professional Skills
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for business discussions
- Hands-on lab/PoC setup and troubleshooting skills
- Channel sales and enterprise presales experience in Riyadh is a must
