Responsibilities
- Assist in the pre sales process by managing the technical assessment of Focal to ensure effective promotion of the product
- Identify, understand and define client requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept exercises to showcase capabilities and benefits
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs
- Work closely with clients to solve business problems in areas such as compliance and financial crimes
- Effectively communicate technical information to non technical clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and workshops tailored to client needs
- Become a subject matter expert in one or more solution areas

- Experience in pre sales engineering or similar technical sales role
- Ability to understand and define client requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to non technical audiences
- Subject matter expertise in compliance and financial crimes solutions

Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre Sales Engineer to join our team.
- In this role, you will be the technical expert supporting the sales process, working closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and provide tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- You will act as a bridge between our technical offerings and customer business challenges.
What you'll do
- Assist in the pre sales process by managing the technical assessment of Focal to ensure effective promotion of our product.
- Identify, understand and define client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept exercises to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
