Role Overview

  • This role is part of the Premier relationship team, providing dedicated support to Premier Wealth Relationship Managers (PWRMs) to enhance client experience and increase client facing time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high quality sales support to a team of PWRMs mainly focused on getting appointments and supporting servicing
  • Reduce time spent on process and administrative tasks by PWRM to increase their capacity
  • Support PWRMs to manage client contact and service, including answering calls, resolving enquiries, and managing key event reminders
  • Provide sales support including preparing sales documents, managing data input and report generation
  • Ensure Input Quality error rates for wealth deals are within acceptable levels
  • Handle client enquiries and complaints relating to the PWRM's portfolio in a positive and timely manner
  • Maintain basic understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services
  • Proactively respond to clients in face to face and/or telephone settings

Requirements

  • Prior experience in financial services industry, in Retail/Premier sales preferred
  • Understanding of core products, Premier proposition, and retail and wealth product processes
  • Understanding of relationship management systems (CRM and RM Platform etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of appropriate branch operational procedures
  • Money Laundering Awareness Certificate preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory governance in market
  • Good knowledge of HSBC and personal banking
  • Team player with collaborative skills
  • Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations
  • Able to deliver client experience and needs based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skills
  • Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
  • Graduation degree essential for UAE visa and work permit
