About the role
Alignerr is seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to help integrate complex healthcare datasets into insights for personalized medicine and clinical research AI.
The role is a fully remote, flexible contract position with an hourly structure and a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
The work supports the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems in scientific and healthcare domains.
What you will do
- Design, oversee, and optimize pipelines integrating genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data.
- Lead analytics strategies for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support.
- Collaborate with clinical, research, and engineering teams on data quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific rigor.
- Communicate results to diverse technical, clinical, and research stakeholders.
- Maintain data governance standards across integration and analytics workflows.
- Evaluate and improve AI handling of healthcare and genomic data at scale.
Who you are
- Experienced with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles.
