- Plan and schedule daily precast production activities
- Supervise casting, compaction, and finishing processes
- Ensure correct mix design, curing methods, and demoulding procedures
- Coordinate with planning and QA/QC teams
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and safety throughout production
- Ensure elements meet dimensional and strength tolerances
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality
- Enforce safety procedures in the casting yard
Requirements
- Experience in precast production engineering
- Knowledge of mix design, curing, and demoulding
- Ability to supervise casting and finishing processes
- Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures

Supervision & Execution
- Supervise casting, compaction, and finishing processes.
- Ensure correct mix design, curing methods, and demoulding procedures are followed.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and safety throughout production.
Quality Control
- Ensure elements meet dimensional and strength tolerances.
- Follow approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the QC team for inspections and documentation.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.
Maintenance and Safety
- Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and moulds.
- Enforce safety procedures in the casting yard.
- Address and report any safety issues immediately.
