Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
- Process employment visas, labor contracts, medical insurance, and other employee related documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate with service providers and government authorities
- Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Maintain company licenses, permits, tenancy contracts, and other statutory documents
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and logistics when required
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, employee records, and visa processing
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance
- Experience in office administration and procurement
