Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers and educational institutions across Saudi Arabia
- Engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other business channels
- Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements, intent, decision making process, and readiness to proceed
- Clearly communicate Teachmint's value proposition and create interest in our products and solutions
- Capture and document qualification details, customer interactions, and call outcomes in CRM systems
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the Business Development team for further engagement
- Maintain accurate and up to date lead status, follow up activities, and customer information
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead qualification targets
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and customer engagement processes
- Follow defined calling, qualification, and reporting processes
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in Pre Sales, Lead Qualification, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Sales Development roles
- Native Arabic & Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, listening, and objection handling skills
- Strong ability to engage prospects over calls and build initial customer interest
- Experience working with CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM
- Highly organized, target oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced, process driven environment
- Strong follow up and relationship management skills
- Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, Technology Solutions, or B2B sales environments is preferred
- Female candidate currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
