About the Role

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with educational institutions across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills, have a deep understanding of the Saudi education ecosystem, and be passionate about helping institutions adopt innovative EdTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers, including schools, educational groups, universities, and training institutes.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Teachmint's solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within educational institutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account handover.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market penetration and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre sales, customer success, and marketing, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer information in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • 2 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, field sales, or account management.
  • The candidate must currently be based in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, Education Services, Technology Solutions, or enterprise sales is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the education landscape in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Native Arabic & Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Self driven, target oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the Western Region.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Male candidate currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong network and market knowledge within the Western Region.
  • Experience engaging with educational institutions and senior decision makers.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams.
