Position Summary
Provide technical expertise and engineering support to sales teams, business partners, consultants, and end users.
Bridge technical solutions and customer requirements through design support, product selection, compliance, training, and site support.
Promote Kidde Commercial and Edwards solutions across the assigned region.
Pre-Sales Support
- Prepare bills of quantities, perform value engineering, and support technical compliance and tender documentation.
- Evaluate upgrade and migration strategies and review high-level system architecture and solution designs.
- Support project engineering, sales presentations, technical clarifications, lead generation, and opportunity qualification.
Consultant Engagement
- Conduct consultant workshops for product approvals and brand acceptance.
- Deliver technical workshops and presentations to consultants, customers, and end users.
- Support specification development and promote Edwards and Kidde product portfolios.
