We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Pre- Sales Support Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Electronics Engineering and an interest in ELV systems, technical support, system design, and presales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ELV systems.
- Assist with installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV systems.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and other presales documentation.
- Review project requirements and assist in selecting appropriate products and solutions.
- Prepare BOQ, equipment lists, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for technical information and quotations.
- Assist in preparing system designs, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations when required.
- Support the sales team during the presales and project handover stages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/B.E. Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of ELV systems and technologies.
- Knowledge of ELV design, BOQ preparation, and technical documentation is an advantage.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical and presales skills.
- Willingness to travel to project/client sites when required.
Preferred Elv Knowledge
Experience or knowledge in any of the following will be an advantage:
• CCTV & Video Surveillance
- Access Control
- Structured Cabling
- Intercom Systems
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Other ELV and low-current systems
