Role Overview
The ELV Systems AMC and Project Coordinator supports ELV maintenance and project operations.
Freshers and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
The role coordinates technicians, clients, suppliers, materials, schedules, maintenance, projects, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ELV AMC and project activities and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate technicians for service calls, breakdowns, and maintenance visits.
- Maintain AMC, PPM, breakdown, service-call, project, and progress trackers.
- Coordinate clients on site access, schedules, and service requirements.
- Assist project engineers and managers with project planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors on materials, quotations, and deliveries.
- Prepare reports, quotations, checklists, emails, and other project and maintenance documentation.
- Escalate technical issues and delays and follow up on assigned action items.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, electronics and communication, IT, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of ELV, project coordination, maintenance, or related experience.
- Basic understanding of ELV systems.
- Good communication, coordination, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prepare reports, trackers, professional emails, and coordinate with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 3,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
