• An A-player mindset — high standards, extreme ownership and the drive to do things properly, the first time. • Proven experience in a pre-construction, estimating or project management role within passive fire protection, fire stopping, fire doors or a closely related specialist construction discipline. • Commercially sharp, with a clear understanding of margin, scope creep and what a good deal looks like. • Strong client management skills, with the ability to run structured meetings and build trust through follow-through and accuracy. • Organised and methodical, capable of managing multiple projects in parallel without dropping threads. • Resourceful — knows what they know, recognises what they don’t, and moves fast to get the right answer from the right source. • Clear and confident communicator, written and verbal, with a strong instinct to document everything. • Experience line managing or directing junior team members is an advantage. • Based within commutable distance of our Dudley office, with the flexibility to travel across the West Midlands region as needed.
