Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and physicians in delivering patient care within the OPD setting
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any abnormalities
- Provide basic patient care, hygiene support, and comfort measures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness
- Assist during minor procedures and clinical interventions
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital policies
- Support patient flow within the OPD, ensuring timely service delivery
- Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients and families
- Uphold patient confidentiality and dignity at all times
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification as an Assistant/Practical Nurse
- Valid DOH License as Assistant Nurse or eligibility for DOH License (Assistant Nurse category)
- Prior experience in OPD or hospital setting preferred

- Fresh candidates with eligibility may also be considered
