About the role
This is the first dedicated content leadership hire on the Growth team.
The role reports to the Head of Growth and works closely with founders to shape company storytelling across channels.
The position is strategic and hands-on, with a path to building and managing a team.
What you’ll do
- Own content strategy and connect it to pipeline and brand goals.
- Manage editorial planning across blog, social, email, and other channels.
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality content.
- Build SEO- and GEO-driven programs for discoverability and inbound demand.
- Create customer case studies and sales enablement proof points.
- Translate technical capabilities into enterprise buyer narratives.
- Produce visual content with designers or independently.
- Track performance, improve results, and build the future content team.
