What You’ll Do
- Build and scale the SDR team across EMEA and the Americas through hiring, onboarding, and ramping.
- Coach SDRs daily through call reviews, message reviews, objection handling, and pipeline discipline.
- Design and iterate outbound playbooks by vertical, persona, and region.
- Own activity, conversion, opportunity quality, and pipeline contribution metrics.
